Parent meeting Thursday 22^nd February, 6-7pm in the Main Hall

The overall cost of the trip will be approximately £330 per person. The trip will be run in conjunction with PGL who have designed an itinerary based on our specific requirements to provide a diverse, inspiring and fun educational trip. The price includes travel, excursions, meals, accommodation, insurance and activities. There will be hoodies designed for the trip which will be included in the cost above (more information to follow on this).

The trip is full board and the itinerary will roughly include the following:

• Friday: 5-7pm – Dinner and free time; 7-9pm – Team activity
• Sat and Sunday: 7-9am – Breakfast; 9am – 12pm – Coastal processes and features excursion and fieldwork;12-2pm – Lunch; 2-5pm - Coastal processes and features excursion and fieldwork; 5-7pm – Dinner and free time; 7-9pm – Follow-up session
• Monday: 7-9am – Breakfast; 9am – 12pm – Coastal features excursion and fieldwork; 12-2pm – Lunch and depart from excursion

Departure: from school after lunch on Friday 10^th May

Return: in the afternoon of Monday 13^th May 2024.

The payment schedule is as follows:

29^th January         £60

23^rd February      £80

15^th March          £140 (final balance)
