Iceland Trip - 27-30 October 2025
We look forward to embarking on our trip to Iceland from 27th - 30th October 2025
The non-returnable deposit of £125 needs to be paid by Friday 5th July 2024 so that we
can secure your child’s place and the accommodation. Please pay via Arbor.
• The second instalment of £150 is due by Monday 2 September 2024.
• The third instalment of £500 is due by Friday 31 January 2025.
• The final instalment of £525 is due by Friday 6 June 2025.
Please check that your child’s passport is:
• issued less than 10 years before the date you enter the country (check the ‘date of
issue’)
• valid for at least 6 months after the day you plan to leave (check the ‘expiry date’)
Passenger details
As part of our preparations, we will need your child's details by Friday June 20th. The link for the form is: https://forms.gle/VMabUJF8XFpWACKX8
Please note that passports which are older than 10 years will not be accepted for travel into the EU.
Rayburn Tours have recommended that all passports have 6 months left from the date of travel but passports can be used if they are valid for at least 3 months from the date of return.
Please can a copy of your child's passport be handed in to student services by Friday June 20th.
Permission slip
In line with policy and government guidance, we need written permission to take a child out of the country. It requires the written permission of anyone with parental responsibility. We ask you to therefore please sign and return the permission slip attached to give your consent for your child to be taken out of the country as part of the Iceland trip. Permission slips should be returned to student services by Friday June 20th.
Flight details
There is a coach organised for pick up and drop off to the school. Once the coach company has confirmed I will let you know timings but the drop off will be early!
Please note that we fly back into Bristol. This was the only way we could maximise our time in Iceland.

We are aware some parents like to pick up winter clothing in the sales over the summer. The list is below:
Iceland Information Evening
We will hold a parent meeting on Tuesday September 16th at 6pm in the Main Hall to discuss itinerary, kit list and answer any questions you may have. All students and parents are invited to attend.
