Rodborough’s first Expedition Trip to eSwatini – July 2025

We are pleased to offer students in Year 9 & 10 the opportunity to experience adventure, conservation, culture and team work.  Working with True Adventure, a local company who specialize in organizing life-changing adventures around the world for young people, we have put together an exciting 14 day expedition to eSwatini. 

We are very excited about this amazing opportunity as it will give students the chance to take part in something really unique.  The adventure experience will provide them with a wealth of new skills which they will find invaluable in school, at university and in the world of work.

We launched this opportunity to students in an assembly this morning and invite parents and interested students to an information evening on Monday 4 March at 6pm in the LRC.

This evening, presented by True Adventure, will include an informative and interactive presentation with the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the opportunities available.  Including experiencing the local culture; working with the local community on conservation or community projects; working as a team to budget for and plan an itinerary; attending the training weekend in the UK and perhaps the highlight, going on safari.
