With Cop27 in full swing, it seems apt to announce the winners of this Poetry Competition. Students were asked to construct a poem using given vocabulary related to the environment and to present their poem creatively. Congratulations to Ben C (Yr8) who was selected as the winner with his poem ‘The World is Dying.’

Runner up is Georgina N (Yr7) with her poem Natures Pledge.

This poem by Marlow H (Yr8) is awarded highly commended for the wonderful metaphor he has developed.
